About Us

Arbor Green Nursery is a new and exciting provider of childcare in Edinburgh.

We know that placing your child in care is one of the biggest decisions you will have to make and the choices can be daunting.

We know that you are looking for a nursery that is not only qualified and professional but who can offer a loving and nurturing environment for them to grow and develop.

Of course, children of different ages have different needs which is why we have split our Edinburgh nursery into 3 distinct rooms:

• Nursery For Babies – Babies require much more attention as they take their first steps through life.
• Nursery For 2-3 year old children – These children are becoming ever more curious and interested in the world around them.
• Nursery For Preschool – Preschool children have a hunger for learning and need stimulation and varied activities.

We know these things because we are parents too.

Our team is very experienced and have been selected not only for their professional qualifications, but also for their ability to care and interact with your child, helping them to develop and communicate with other children.

As we are a family run private nursery we only have limited spaces but we invite all parents to visit.

We provide meals and snacks and many items are included in our nursery fees. We also accept childcare vouchers.

We have a large outdoor area which the children play in every day, rain or shine! We have an eco garden where we grow plants and vegetables and encourage wildlife. We were recently awarded an Eco School Silver award, and are working towards our first green one!

As we are based in Stockbridge, we are lucky enough to be so close to the Botanic Gardens so take regular walks there.
