What a beautiful day we had at our annual Clothes & Book Swap on Saturday!
With sunshine, coffee, cake, happy chatter and good vibes all round, it was wonderful to see so many families coming together to support one another and enjoy our nursery community. The children by even got involved by helping to water the plants - a lovely reminder of how special these shared moments can be.
This fantastic event was completely organised and run by our wonderful parent community, and we are so grateful for the time, energy and care that went into making it such a success. By swapping and reusing clothes and books, families also helped support sustainability and reduce waste — showing how small community actions can make a big difference.
A huge thank you to everyone who donated, swapped, baked, volunteered and came along to support. Events like this really help create such a warm and connected community feeling.
We’re also delighted to share that the event raised an amazing £228 for Stepping Stones North Edinburgh — a wonderful local charity supporting young parents and their families through advice, learning opportunities and community support.
