Yesterday the children enjoyed learning and celebrating the Chinese Moon Festival, also known as Mid-Autumn Festival.
The children watched a short video about the Chinese festival then explored Chinese objects used during this time. The children loved the lanterns used to celebrate the festival and made their own, using autumn coloured tissue paper to decorate them and created moon pictures using black paper and white chalk.
