Vegan Apple Muffins Ingredients

- 220 g of water

- 30 g Seed Oil

- 250 g flour

- 130 g Sugar (if you like otherwise just as much as you prefer)

- 1 sachet baking powder

- 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder

- 1 Lemon peel

- 1 Apple


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Take two bowls. In one, put water and oil, then mix. In the other bowl add all dry ingredients; flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon and lemon zest and mix.

  3. Add the liquid ingredients from bowl one to the dry ingredients. Using a spoon or a hand whisk, mix the two compounds until smooth.

  4. Add 3/4 of peeled and diced apple, keeping the rest for decoration.

  5. Place paper cups inside muffin tray, or grease and flour aluminium ones, and fill with the mixture staying 1 cm from the edge.

  6. Thinly slice the apple kept aside and put 1 or 2 slices on the surface, sinking it slightly into the batter.

  7. Sprinkle with the granulated sugar and bake in a preheated and static oven at 180 ° for 20 minutes.
