Today at the Eco School, we had a wonderful and inspiring session centered around the "Pocket Garden" competition. We asked the children to imagine and describe their ideal small garden that benefits both pollinators and humans. To help them visualize, we invited them to close their eyes and share their visions. They excitedly described a garden filled with vegetables and fruits like broccoli, carrots, potatoes, lettuce, strawberries, and even an apple tree. To make the exper
