Exciting new at arbor green !!! ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€

In arbor Green we firmly believe in living in harmony with nature and our planet. ๐ŸŒโ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿ๐ŸŒŠ. We transmit this passion in our everyday practice here at nursery, and we would like to encourage families outside nursery to be involve. We want to spread the word about the importance of taking care of our beautiful planet and how important is. We believe now is the time of changing things for a better future.โค๏ธ

We will be creating challenges for families to do over the weekend, that involved about learning something new about nature and wildlife. After completion, we would love if your submitted your photos in learning journals and with your permission we would like to add them to a book of โ€œfamilies Eco warriors โ€œ

The natural world is made up of thousands of ecosystems, communities and interconnected and interacting organisms, each of which support life. For our next mission we would be learning about the imports of this and how everything is connected. This a super easy and fun activity, where you will be able to make your own ecosystem in a terrarium.

Materials your will need:

Large glass jar that can be sealed

Some gravel

Some compost or mud

Some water

Some plants, like ferns

How to start our terrarium? Donโ€™t worry we got you cover in this easy steps.๐Ÿค—

1 place the gravel in the bottom of the jar

2 place the Earth on top

3plant the fern

4 put some water in the bottom of the jar, then seal it.

5 place the jar in a sunny spot and keep an eye on it. In time it should be self-sustaining, because it has everything it needs ,light ,water and carbon dioxide.

โ€œ In the end we will conserve only what we loved, we will love only what we understand, and we will understand only what we were taught โ€œ
