Meditate In The Wild

Day 22 of our 30 Days Wild Challenge is to mediate in the wild. Strike a yoga pose and feel the stress melt away.

In the field we did a yoga flow moving from a seed to a tree. While in each plant pose, we breathed deeply before moving to the next stage of the plants cycle. At the end of our yoga flow, we lay in the grass and listened to the wind, birds and the world around us.


We learnt ways to finds calmness in our busy world using our gross motor skills to manipulate our bodies in different ways while also using our imagination skills to grow and move like plants.
