Raffa's Flapjack Recipe

Enjoy Raffa's delicious flapjacks at home with this simple recipe that can easily be adapted to suit gluten free and vegan requirements.


  • 250g Porridge Oats or GF oats

  • 70g unsalted butter or coconut oil

  • 3 tbsp honey or golden syrup

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 50g soft dried dates pitted or raisins ( I use raspberries)

  • 200g overripe bananas (peeled weight)

Preheat the oven to 150 (no fan) or 130 (fan assisted).

Melt the golden syrup and butter and leave to cool before adding the oats.

Mash the banana with a fork and add to the mixture with the raspberries.

Place mixture into baking tray

Cook for 40 minutes (no fan) or 30 minutes (fan assisted)
